The question that we're asked during the interview where competence based question where asked such as: What would you say are your strengths? What are your weaknesses ? Give me an example when you have worked in a team to come up with a shared outcome?

One question involved how I would deal with approving copy that I thought needed to be fixed/corrected, if the copy had already been approved by people much higher up the chain who did not want any changes made.
Excel test: they will send you raw data and you need to answer 3 big questions within 2 hours. 2 of the questions required you to calculate things in excel; 1 of the question wanted you to present the data in powerpoint
