Not really applicable to interviews with NOV. My experience is that hiring managers are trying to tell if they like you or not. There aren't any set questions or tricky situations. They just want to know if you are down-to-earht, a hard worker, and interested in the work we do.
What would your coworkers say is the best thing about working with you?
If the entire corporate leadership was gathering for a meeting and was about to settle on a set of plans and last minute you had to break the news that something critical was not going to allow it to happen what would you do?
Describe a time when you had to face a difficult problem and how you addressed it?
For the robot paper test, they want to know if you really know how to use a Fanuc or Kuka robot. No need to worry too much if you at least integrated one cell with them. For the programming test, they want to see if you know OOP and how to use them.
What would be your reaction if there is a difficult person in your team
