All of the questions were standard and straight forward.
Unexpected Question - They asked me about the driving record in order to drive company vehicles to job sites. In hindsight, I should have anticipated this since I have worked for construction companies before. I didn't think I would have a company vehicle as a project management intern.
What kind of corporate structure do you think you would succeed in? What would your ideal company structure be? (basically asking if you would fit within their straightforward and rigid structure).
