At least one of the interviews focused on behavioral/situational questions, such as: "tell me about a time when you worked as part of a group, how did you achieve your goal and what was your role in the group?"
Tell me a little about yourself.
Mainly behavioral such as: tell me a time you overcame an obstacle, etc.
Another question was, "Tell me about a time when you had an idea that was risky and went against the norm of the group, how did you end up getting the rest of group on your side?"
None really. Simple behavioral, "tell me about a time when..." questions.
Give me an example where you had to influence a team to make a decision but you had no authority over that team.
