I was asked to fill out a very detailed questionnaire that had many personality trait questions on it.
The VP I interviewed with was on the verge of hostile and prejudiced against someone who was not from the area. The HR was efficient and reasonable but the department head I met was just "plain mean". Clearly an unwelcoming executive team.
