What would you do if a client rang and was being aggressive?
First, I was asked to tell about myself in general. After that, there were questions about working under pressure, if I had experience with office applications, and my interpersonal skills. I was asked to describe an unpleasant situation I had with a client and how I dealt with the situation. In addition, I was asked about previous job positions.
I was in grad school, so I was asked about the direction of my studies and the application of my academics to the role.

GIS system operates under meeting minimum criteria. Minimum criteria is not stated in vacancies. Basically prepare to fail on minimum criteria as it’s such woolly wording it’s hard to word your application correctly in a maximum of 250 words for each behaviour/competency requested (eg Working at Pace).
