The two hardest questions came in a pair: 1) Describe a time when you had to go against company policy in order to meet a goal or accomplish a task. 2) Describe a time when you stuck to company policy even though it resulted in greater pressure/problems for you.
Questions are pretty straight forward. They want to know if you are the right fit for this job. One of the questions was asked: how do you deal with rejections?

No high level questions about real management experience. Surprised all they asked were mundane crew level questions. "Are you available to work 6pm-4am anytime during the week?" " How about 8am 6 or 7pm both Saturday and Sunday?
