Explain a time when you had to deal with an angry or very difficult client/person (customer service, essentially)?
The most difficult question was when I was asked about relevant sales experience. I was only a student at the time, so really I did not have any of this. I had to search deep into my creative thoughts to come up with a connection to my organizational leadership that was relevant to sales. My answer seemed to satisfy the Area Manger though as I was offered the position.
How have you convinced someone to try new products?
No specific questions, but throughout the process you may have to answer similar questions repeatedly, so have more than one "story" or experience to draw on, to avoid repeating yourself across the multiple interviews.
Tell me about a time when you had to to stand up for something you believed in, even when others thought you were wrong.
Give me a time where you had to go above and beyond for a customer
