1rst round of interview with HR to understand your profile and give an overview of company profile. 2nd Round Was given 3 assignments, 1st to evaluate email writing, 2nd PPT presentation to evaluate your creativity in selling your product, 3rd mock call to understand your selling skills over the phone. 3rd round interview with Dept. Head, profile overview and previous KRAs and target discussions. 4th Round was with Main founder - amazing person very influential and charming (may or may not happen, but i went through this round before getting offer).
