He asked the regular questions regarding what shifts I would prefer and asked about my abilities to perform the required work. He also asked questions regarding me and my future plans and how I thought I would fit at the property. He made it more like a conversation which put me at ease. Normally interviews I am used to are like an interrogation. This was much more pleasant and illuminating of what to expect.
