It has been awhile since the interview, but most of the questions were similar to what you always hear. How did you make a former boss see your point of view on a subject you disagreed on? Tell me about a time where you ran into a difficult situation and you were able to overcome it? Just questions like that and I believe they each asked me about four questions each.

Describe how you communicated to someone during a disagreement and convinced them to change their mind.
Q. Basic questions such as what to fill an aircraft tire with or what electrical resistance is measured in. Also asked about work experience such as how you work with others.
