I was asked how would I resolve a conflict with another co-worker. How would I respond under pressure to make a repair. Several questions regarding my past experiences as a Technician, projects completed, etc. Had a detailed tour of the plant. Lasted in total about 2-1/2hrs. Actually a great way to get a feel for the employer/employee.
The questions were all based on previous work experiences in different situations (i.e. describe a situation in which you had to execute a plan that you didn't agree with, describe a situation in which you failed, describe a situation in which you achieved your greatest success).
They asked a few component identification questions and signal tracing on wiring diagrams.
