The model should be able to take a reference image of a person and audio features and generate a video of the given person which is syncronised to the corresponding audio. How would you go about designing such a model? We also want the ability to condition this model on further signals, for example emotion or textual descriptions. Would this change how you design the base model (which will not recieve these conditions)?

I reached the pair programming test without knowing what that was about and how to prepare (nobody was able to give a proper explanation of the process). In the end two software engineers presented me some code with errors/not performing parts and I was supposed to tell them my thoughts. It was ok, but it did not test at all what I could do or learn. It was more about 'this is how we do; this is what we know. If you do not do this way, and you do not know these things, you are not worth this job'. Well, happy I did not get the job in the end. Definitely not a place where you can think of learning something.
