An essay including basically open ended to write to drivers to convince them to work on a major holiday. Know pivot tables for the test.
What would you do on your first day? Not that the question was so difficult, but when unexpected, it makes for a tough answer. Also wanted to know what would I hypothesize? Again, can come up with answers but offhand, can be a bit tricky.
Explain expected results of functionality roll out and impact it could have.
Name a course of action you took in your past that you regret
What is your major accomplishment? Tell about a difficult situation when had to deal with conflict?
I recall the third interview being very similar to the first - very typical HR style questions which was odd after going more in-depth in the role in the second interview.
