Give an example of a time you assisted an upset customer when they were dissatisfied or had a complaint and describe how you resolved that conflict? ( I knew a lot of facts about the position for which I was applying and the company from research the entire week prior to my interview, but I was NEVER asked any of those questions during the initial "traditional" 1:1 interview (the one right after you pass the computer test). Therefore, I don't recommend spending countless hours researching the company like myself!
