Nothing comes to mind, you actually get to be interviewed by a "real" person rather than an HR department which is a huge plus.
Why do you want to work for USPS and give an answer other than I need a job.
They mostly ask general questions like work history and stuff like that plus depending on the location if you understand what the weather will be like in extreme cases and if you can handle that.
Have not had interview yet, but was sent a packet with 16 pages to fill out just a day before the interview.
