Why am I interested in the position. What lean is and why it’s important. They asked me about a few different lean tools and how I used them and what was the outcome of some of my work I have done in the past. They asked me about data, metrics and result tracking. How my improvements I’ve implemented have changed procedures and processes for the better and what data or metrics I had to represent that visually. They asked why they should choose me over another candidate.
