Their test was based on a future based virtual scenario and it was hard to relate to so far in the future and I was judged on that whiteboard challenge to do my job.
The whiteboard round was ridiculous. Just 45 mins meeting and they expect to solve a complex design problem. When I say solve - I mean solve because after repeatedly telling them this is out of scope for the sake of time they rejected me saying there were "DESIGN GAPS" that were not addressed.
