Babylist’s iPhone and Android app product strategy currently lacks focus. It's a collection of our capabilities, but it doesn't have a clear reason to exist other than offering "on-the-go" management of your baby registry. With this as a starting point, we’d like you to learn what your process would be to discover, design for and validate the user’s needs/job-to-be-done.

How did you navigate the challenges and adapt to the situation?" 4)"How do you effectively handle and incorporate constructive criticism or negative feedback in your design work?" 5)"In scenarios where a client expresses dissatisfaction with your designs, particularly concerning elements such as colors and images, how do you go about persuading them? Can you provide an example from your experience?" Additionally, you may be tasked with a practical review during the interview, where you will assess an app or website. The review should include identifying strengths and weaknesses, proposing improvements, and justifying your recommendations. Please be prepared to engage in this evaluative exercise during the interview.
