Phone interview consists of your experience which you put in your resume and the reason for leaving. In the in-person interview, there were questions like: tell me about yourself, tell me when there is a time you persist someone on selling a product, tell me when there was a time you faced a big change, and tell me when there was a time you had to change your work schedule or your schedule to help a colleague.
