Nothing really stood out as terribly hard to answer. The one thing they really want to make you understand, though, is that the company atmosphere is very strange. They emphasize that socializing is not encouraged and that they are really looking for people who want to be there for a long time. It was immediately obvious that they have a hard time finding people who enjoy the company culture.
