Example of having worked with enterprise level accounts and technical architectures done for those accounts.
Technical questions to determine my subject matter knowledge, followed by personality questions to determine my work ethic.
Most questions revolved around the technical exercise (explain your design decisions, what do you like best about your design, what would you improve if you had more time, how about if we wanted to do XYZ?). Particular questions from other parts of hiring process do not stick in my mind since these were more like natural, informal chats rather than rigid Q&A.

They asked for references even before releasing offer.They didn't relied on their own evaluation process. They said "we are not getting any suitable position for you at the moment"
