I would say that the technical test is above average difficulty for automation jobs. There is an algorithms question, so be ready for that. Most other companies go with something more automation specific but they are looking for engineers first (their words).

I was asked a DSA problem which appeared to be very simple but the time complexity required was O(n). The question was similar to sorted squares on leetcode, with some modifications.
