Hence you don't know what you are getting yourself into. What happend with me after accepting the offer, I ended up working with dishonest/unprofessional/backstabbing manager that is unprofessional. It was the worst experience in my career. Needless to say, I resigned after three months of horrible experience with this manager. HR is useless, and senior manager ended up siding with this inexperienced/dishonest immediate manager of mine. Beside, the job posting is misleading. They are asking for SDET, and you end up given a Lead 's job.

Did not have structure to how she wanted to conduct the interview 4. Did not have questions prepared to ask 5. She only asked me one question and then asked what questions I have for her.
