I was initially asked to tell the two supervisors interviewing me about myself. They proceeded to go through some behavioral questions that tested if I was compatible for the job environment. They took notes as I responded. Then they proceeded to review the job requirements and expectations with me regarding attendance and when startbdate for training. I had to write an answer to each question which basically asked if I could meet attendance requirements and the job requirements. Then I signed off on the paper and they asked if I had any further questions.
