Can you multitask? How good are you at handling stress and pressure? What would you do if you caught someone stealing from the Pharmacy (co worker or general customer)? How would you react to a customer yelling at you (even if they are wrong)? (Older people do this all the time due to medication changes that their physician forgets to tell them) What would you do if you were robbed at the store? (This one was most likely area specific, because a few of the CVS stores were robbed at gunpoint due to the narcotics they hold. Just know that it could actually happen to you). *They may ask you what hourly wage you are looking at. While it is area specific, it is normally around $10.25 during your permit and it bumps up to $10.50-$11.50 after you get the license.
What if a customer comes in and says you miss counted and they are missing 5 pills? (its not a controlled drug) how would you handle the situation?
