It looked like they didn't even take a look at the exercise project I sent them or to my previous projects; futhermore it has been quite hard, since everytime I came up with a solution they always told me to improve it.
Questioning was very basic. Job description clearly showed they were looking for a range of development experience, but in reality they were only searching for highly experienced senior level dev's.
There were no questions, no checking of my credentials, no testing of my skills. Just a few conversations on the phone about dogs.

Depending on the department the question can be related to how a potential candidate will handle a disgruntle client on the phone to proper memory management techniques in Objective-C/Java/VB.Net/etc
