The interview with the hiring manager was more of a conversation. Too many to recount - but definitely more focused on high level strategy and leadership far more than any tactical questions (as you would expect).
There were a bunch of specific questions regarding my background, skills, experience, etc. And there were a lot of questions that were more with the intention of evaluating my personality and work preferences. I appreciated the mix of questions that both challenged me to present concrete examples and data points as well as those that were lighthearted and made me feel like the goal was to learn more about me as a person.
