For the Associate role, they gave me a test, and then asked me some competency questions and topics related to their department. For the second role (Forensics Senior) they asked me to pass a data analytics test that requires coding and programming skills. During the interview, they made me do a bunch of programming exercices in front of the interviewers.
They asked for a detailed description of my experience in the mortgage industry. They listened while I went over my 15 years experience and my various positions over the years.
