After some interview questions, I was asked to go out onto the sales floor, interact with customers and ask them if they need any help. The manager will follow you and watch how you talk to customers and if the customers do need help, the manager is there to assist. They want to see that you're not afraid to go up to customers, say hi and interact with them.
The interviewer started to tell a story, and had everybody in the room add a sentence to the story.

Be ready for a bunch of hypothetical questions that you will not know the answer to without knowing company policy.
Describe a time you were unable to meet an appointment. How did you feel and how did the other person feel?
What was the best customer service you've ever received?
How would you deal with an upset customer?
