5-6 interviews. One call with the useless recruiters who know nothing just talk about some buzzwords. They are bored at home looking at candidates on LinkedIn and just want to schedule interviews on calendar without providing any info on the kinds of interview rounds. Initial Demo with a Director for a product Demo who was great in showing the Demo and answering all questions One round with the Hiring Manager who was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable. One technical screen with focussed on coding with an engineer who was again really good. The comes the Onsite with 3 rounds. 1. One was Kubernetes + system design + programming. It was great and we touched upon all aspect. 2. One was complete system design. Really loved it. As with System Design, there was constant 2 way communication. 3. One was in depth coding that I feel didn't go well. The interviewer just sat there and was not very interested in case i got stuck or took a wrong path.
