They asked a few classic professional development questions about how I handled things in pervious positions and how it would translate to this role, but they also asked questions about me and my life in general that I thought was really awesome to see they cared about getting to know me as a person. Culture is key in this company and it really shows how much they care about improving and protecting the culture through the extensive interview process.
