Did I research the website for the type of business they were in? Of course, I did - I wasn't going in as a blank slate..
They ask you to select garments from a rack to gage your skill as a buyer
They asked typical questions like 'tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation with a colleague or account and how did you rectify the situation'? Or 'Describe a time you needed a markdown on some items. How did you persuade the vendor into approving lower costs?'
Nothing that was suprising-pretty typical questions at least on the phone screening
