Feels like they've drunk the koolaid quite substantially, and any other architecture is now "wrong" or "outdated". Betrayed a fairly immature approach to engineering, and reflects poorly on their eng culture. A substantial time after investing well over 3 hours of my time into their process, they have yet to follow up with me. This is unforgivably rude in my opinion. Perhaps big city fintech doesn't need to have manners, but I would suggest they try them out. To sum up: - Pretty non-insightful system design call - Dreadful online skills test - Mannerless lack of follow up
