He then went on to explain the clients that they work with and a quick run down on their history. he asked how fast I thought I would be able to progress and climb the ranks in a competitive business. The question that stuck out the most to me was very humorous looking back. He asked me if I had ever quit a job or had been fired/ laid off before. Quickly thinking, I responded by saying no. He then said, "well you're not working right now, so you're telling me you've never had a job?" He got me.

The questions are standard across all departments. Not tailored to the specific job. "How in a past situation did you handle conflict situation" No discussion of policies and procedures as they were not developed at that time. Took a year and they had people back date them. I have idea if they have changed the process.
