Most of the interview questions were about my experience or how I'd handle hypothetical situations. All of the interviewers were down-to-earth and friendly, but it became clear as the process went on that they were definitely lacking an efficient way to handle the hiring pipeline and all of the interviewers' time. Does the whole company have a say in who they hire? Which interview is the most important? With some many redundant interviews, it was hard to tell.
Why did we bother interviewing anyone else when we had already decided to hire an old friend?

Both interviews seemed like they were reading from a script as they asked the same questions. One question was about basic subnetting. I was asked about what my home lab looks like - don't have one. I usually build labs on my employer's infra. Few more basic Azure questions. Btw, they have Okta so be prepared for that.
