They give you a written questions. You answer using white board. Strangely, the person I met with him does not speak English fluently, with narrow minded and surprisingly is holding a sr. Director title??. He conducted half the interview defensively and the other half unprofessionally.
Overall questions were around knowledge, experience, attitude to grow, hard working, commitment and consistency in the employment. Senior management was very particular about quality and commitment.
