I was asked to complete a writing assignment where I answered a few questions asking about my strategy and experience in building a knowledge database. The questions contained grammatical errors and incorrect punctuation. This writing assignment took me about 2 hours. Questions I received were: 1) What is your definition of knowledge management? 2) What is your experience optimizing search results? 3) How do you handle conflict at work? 4) What is your experience in building a knowledge base from the ground up?
