Tuve una primera fase que consistía en un cuestionario inicial, el cual sentí que estaba más orientado a evaluar mis habilidades blandas y mi perfil psicológico que mis conocimientos técnicos o de diseño. Las preguntas estaban enfocadas en entender cómo pienso, cómo reacciono ante diferentes situaciones laborales y cómo encajaría dentro del equipo o la cultura de la empresa.
