What is your background that lead you to UX?
The only surprise was at the end of the day, I met with someone who was not on the team or in the UX discipline; he noted that Amazon has a team of folks who meet with recruits to help ensure a more uniform interview process across the company. He asked some very tough questions about my desire to work at Amazon and was much more probing about my answers than other folks on the team had been. Overall a positive experience though.
All questions were extremely boring and predictable.

What is the biggest mistake that you have made in your professional career and what did you learn from it?
