Basic S.T.A.R. interview questions. Lots of previous history questions and how they relate to the role. Lots of negative situations and how you overcame those to make them a positive experience. The Phone screen with the recruiter was frustrating. She stated the hours of operation (I was writing down the hours on my note pad).... I told her those were fine and not an issue and she responded with you hesitated so I'm assuming something isn't right so she repeated the hours and asked me again.... The recruiter asked me a few questions and then kept saying "but how?" after I kept answering her questions. The panel interview over the phone was frustrating. Nobody seemed engaged... everyone seemed disconnected and condescending. I withdrew my application after the interview.
