The first behavioural interview was about my education, running through my CV and my extra-curriculars. The second behavioural interview was about similar things and asking about when I had been most engaged in a project. There was a lot of focus on why I would want to be a trader given my background was more academic. The technical part of the second interview was mostly playing a card game with an existing trader. The game mostly focused on whether or not you should buy or sell three cards for a certain price given by the trader. The value of the card was equal to the number on it and you could say how many times you wanted to either buy or sell the hand before it was revealed. The same game was played when the value of one suit was doubled.

Went through the first round numerical tests. The first round comprised of 3 separate numerical tests. The first round was the standard 80 mental arithmetic questions in 8 minutes. Around half the cohort got flushed there. 2nd round was numerical sequences, 26 in 30 minutes, final round was again mental arithmetic, 30 in 10 minutes, I think. First and third rounds were easy, but I found the second round to be difficult. Have an idea on how to solve numerical sequences before turning up.
