The only difficult question I was asked went as follows: "You and your opponent flip a coin. If the first player gets heads, the second player pays him $30. If he flips tails, the coin goes to the second player. If the second player flips heads, he wins $30 from the first player. How much should you pay to go first?"

100 coins in a circle, clockwise labeled 1-100. Starting at coin 1, you flip each one moving clockwise. If a coin lands tails, you keep it, if it lands heads, you remove it. After a long time, only one coin will remain. What would you expect its label is?

You have a 3x3x3 cube painted yellow on the outside. The cube is then split up into 1x1x1 cubes. You pick one of these cubes at random and notice that the side you are looking at is painted. Without knowing if any of the other sides are painted, what is the probability that this was a corner cube?

Let's say you have 2 regular 6-faced dice. When you throw them down, you know the sum distribution (can vary from 2 to 12). Now let's say you were to erase the numbers on the faces of both the dice, and rewrite them with a new set of positive integers. Can you replicate the same sum distribution? If yes, how?
