The recruiter asked standard recruiter questions (walk me through your experience, do you need visa sponsorship, etc). The logic test was 20 questions, each with a 2-minute time limit. The objective was to complete a pattern of shapes/lines/etc. The personality test was basically an IQ test. Basing a hiring decision on results from automated online tests that early in the process is not a good hiring practice and also goes completely against their "Culture Deck" that they send to candidates. The test results are not accurate indicators of a candidate's ability to do a job or fit in at a workplace, and the personality test is definitely affected by candidates either lying about their personality to make themselves look better or not feeling comfortable to answer every question honestly and therefore selecting middle range answers (ex: agree instead of strongly agree).
