Tips: - man sollte sich definitiv mit den Werten der Mindsquare auseinandersetzen: Exzellenz/Karriere, Freunde, Lernen; wer dies nicht rüberbringen kann, wird es schwer(er) haben - die Mindsquare ist mehr auf Geschäftsprozesse spezialisiert; die Zielgruppen sind eher Vorstände und Entscheiderpositionen; daher ist Kommunikation sehr wichtig (Kommunikation 70:30 Umsetzung/Implementierung); wer lieber technische Probleme löst, wird hier zu kurz kommen - bei mir war dies der entscheidende Grund, warum es dann nicht geklappt hat (auch die Ausrichtung auf die Technologien war hier entscheidend) - es ist sinnvoll, wenn man schon mal mit SAP/Salesforce in Kontakt gekommen ist, um seine eigenen Optionen besser einschätzen zu können
