During the second interview, they presented a few mock scenarios (a contentious student refuses to do any of his work) to gauge how I would perform in the position.
The only thing I remember is how poorly that female interviewer treated me. Get the chip off your shoulder lady - and you'll actually get some great new employees!
What would you change about the current project you're working on?
Pretty standard - case studies, some role play, interviews alone and in groups. Asked about background as well as some hypothetical situations.
