There was a detailed scenarion question about vendors missing commitments and jobs possibly leaving later than expected to the customer. What do you do? This is tricky considering you have to keep, cost, quality, and time in mind and make sure they know you are aware of this, but be as empathetic as you can to on-time customer delivery.
The questions were rather simple. If I were to state a question with the most difficulty it would be coming up with a scenario where you resolved a conflict or how you reacted to both parties involved.
