So he showed me a demo video which is the project they hiring for. So here is the question "How will you do the thing in After Effects, because you don't know that".

There wasn't anything they asked that stands out now. It was quite light on detailed questions, the art director is a very informal guy and we just hit it off, so maybe that's all he really needed to know. I consider him a great thinker, designer and manager, and he's loved by everyone there.
