They asked twelve questions. Eight of them were actually interview questions and the other four were more logistical. The interview questions were situational style that pertained to the position. One was strengths/weaknesses. One was this position entails (four points from the job description), tell us an example of when you did each. Another was tell us about a time you had to motivate a team. They also just chime in and ask follow up questions depending on what was said.
