I was asked about previous sales experience, dealing with a tough customer and more along those lines. They want to know your values and beliefs align with theirs.
Typical stuff, describe a situation in which you worked with a difficult team member, a difficult customer, etc. At the in-person interview it was a more casual conversation and then some situational assessments. The manager did not seem well prepared, it was as if he was reading the situations to me for the first time himself. These mostly surrounded bank security and ethical concerns.
